Hemet Christmas Parade

Downtown Hemet, 4 Dec 2010

Cadets donned their uniforms on a Saturday to support their community and show off their stuff in the Hemet Downtown Christmas Parade. 102 cadets marched in a long formation that included the Color Guard in front, two platoons, the Armed Drill Team, and the Unarmed Drill Team. Tahquitz High School was well represented with the Band leading the way, MCJROTC in the middle, and the Cheerleaders taking up the rear. Muster was at 1000 and we stepped off onto the roadway around 1100. Lasting only a little over an hour, cadets made a lasting impression on the crowd who greeted them with cheers, whistles, and a lot of yelling as they marched along Florida Avenue.
